Abstract
Today researcher have developed many nanohybrids materials. As an applicable Nanosheets papers of MoS2 have expanded in this decade. In this study, SiO2 was synthesized via the Sol-gel method with Tetra ethyl Orto silicate (TEOS) on the surface of MoS2 acid-treated, functionalized with oxygen bonding via modified hummers method and surface treatment. MoS2(SiO2) Nanohybrids were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), EDS and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) and UV-Vis. The FESEM images have showed SiO2 nanoparticles Perfectly were entered on the surface of modified molybdenum disulfide, EDS analyses demonstrated the Si and oxygen formation on this material. Also, FTIR and UV-Vis peaks revealed that Silica has been decorated on MoS2 Nanosheets.
