Abstract:
In this research we investigated the absorption and release of Letrozole based on modified and biosynthesis silver nanoparticles in optimum conditions with olive leaf extract. Also to enhance the bio-stability, increase the absorption capacity and suitable interaction between nanoparticles and absorption of the drug, the silver nanoparticles were chemically modified with cysteine. The formation of Ag¯ ions to silver nanoparticles monitored by UV-Spectrophotometer. Morphology and distribution of silver nanoparticles confirmed by and Transmission Electron Microscope. Nanoparticles were spherical and their size was estimated below 100 nanometers. The ligand binding on the surface of silver nanoparticles was successfully conducted and confirmed through the devices, infrared spectrometer and elemental analysis test. Factors affecting the absorption of Letrozole on functionalized nanoparticles were optimized. Finally the drug release and delivery from the nano adsorbent was done in simulated stomach and intestines tissues and indicate the suitable release efficiency. All of absorption and release processes in wavelength 240 nm confirmed by UV –Spectrophotometer.
