Efficient circular dichroism in spiral all dielectric nanostructure

Abstract:
Circular dichroism as an ultrasensitive technique is a strong tool for sensing and integrated photonic circuit applications. Ability to get efficient circular dichroism in all dielectric sample is one of the main goals in miniaturized and cost free sensors. For this purpose, we want to stablish glancing angle deposition to fabricate transparent nano structure based on MgF2 and measure the circular dichroism in these samples. For getting this signal, chirality setup was mounted using the key optical components of light source, lenses, polarizer, Fresnel Rhomb Retarder, spectrometer. Our reference sample show ordered chiral nano structure onto the glass substrate which is shows efficient transmission in the first measurement.
