Considering the cutback in the event organization expenditure, registration fees are redetermined as follows:

Student and postdoctoral fellows: 1,500,000 IRR

Others: 3,500,000 IRR

Students and Postdoctoral Fellows (foreign participants): TBA

Others (foreign participants): TBA

Therefore, we are happy to return the difference to the participants who have already paid their registration fee. For this, please send following information by an email subjected “Name/Surname difference request” to icns8@sharif.ir

Name & surname, National ID card number, Valid bank card number

* Lunch service cost will be refunded fully.

We highly appreciate if you send us the above mentioned information by the end of July.

نرخ ثبت نام رویداد به شرح زیر تغییر یافته است:

دانشجویان و محققان پسادکتری: 1,500,000 ریال

سایر: 3,500,000 ریال

 در صورتی که در این رویداد ثبت نام و هزینه ثبت نام را پرداخت نموده اید، به منظور دریافت مابه التفاوت هزینه ثبت نام خود اطلاعات زیر را طی ایمیلی با عنوان “Name/Surname difference request” به ایمیل دبیرخانه به آدرس icns8@sharif.ir ارسال نمایید.

 نام و نام خوانوادگی، کدملی، شماره کارت بانکی معتبر

 * هزینه پرداخت شده برای سرویس ناهار به صورت کامل عودت می­گردد.
